Job Title : Non-IT Recruiter (US Sales Hiring)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 6 Months – 1 Year

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong exposure to bulk hiring , especially for US Sales profiles .

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Work specifically on US Sales hiring and ensure timely closures.

Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability based on requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements :

6 months to 1 year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment .

Prior experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment is a must.

Experience hiring for Sales roles (preferably US Market) .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
