Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing located in Noida. The Head of Sales Marketing will oversee sales strategies, manage teams, and build lasting client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, managing key accounts, ensuring sales targets are met, and analyzing market trends to drive growth and profitability. Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting market data and optimizing strategies
• Expertise in Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven experience in developing and executing holistic sales strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design or related industry is advantageous
