Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies tailored to healthcare products and
services (e.g., hospitals, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health-tech).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including B2B, B2C, and institutionalpartnerships.
Monitor healthcare market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities to adjuststrategies.
Sales Management :
Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets across hospitals, clinics, distributors,and institutional clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospital administrators,government bodies, and healthcare networks.
Drive adoption of products / services through channel management, tenderingprocesses, and strategic negotiations.
Oversee key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.Marketing Management :
Design and implement healthcare-specific marketing campaigns (both traditional anddigital) that comply with industry regulations.
Strengthen the organization's brand presence through medical conferences, CME
programs, webinars, health camps, and awareness drives.Develop patient-focused engagement strategies to build trust and brand loyalty.Collaborate with medical and regulatory teams to ensure ethical promotions andcompliance with healthcare guidelines.
Team Leadership :
Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales & marketing professionalsspecialized in healthcare.
Provide training programs for product knowledge, ethical selling, and marketpositioning.
Establish a performance-driven culture with measurable KPIs.Collaboration & Reporting :
Work closely with product development, R&D, regulatory, and operations teams toalign strategies with healthcare compliance.
Provide insights and regular reports to senior management on sales forecasts, marketpenetration, and campaign effectiveness.
