We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing function for OEM Automotive and related FMCG Products verticals. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end marketing strategy, innovation, and business growth across diverse product categories, ensuring long-term brand leadership and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement long-term marketing and business strategies aligned with company vision and industry trends.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct macro and micro-level scenario analysis, market mapping, and segmentation across automotive and FMCG customer segments.
- Business Planning & Budgeting : Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes to ensure sustainable growth.
- Product Innovation : Identify emerging opportunities for new product development and manage complete go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Costing & Proposals : Oversee product costing, pricing strategies, and proposal submissions to optimize margins and competitiveness.
- Business Development : Drive new business acquisition and strengthen relationships with key OEM and FMCG partners.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Benchmarking & Performance Management : Establish industry benchmarks and oversee marketing financials for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education :B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production / Industrial Engineering with MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Strategy (Preferred)
Experience :18- 24 years of experience in OEM (Automobile) and allied FMCG Products domains with
Proven expertise in managing major automotive OEM clients and high-impact product portfolios.
Strong business acumen, innovation mindset, and leadership in cross-functional marketing environments.
