ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategic SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of SEO campaigns and projects.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
- Oversee the optimization of website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page content, to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
- Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, optimization of site structure, performance improvements, and resolution of crawl issues.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Generate regular SEO reports and performance dashboards to track progress, measure KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in SEO, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus.BENEFITS :
