Location : Gurugram.

Experience : 18+ years.

Shift Timings : 2 11 PM / 3 PM 12 AM IST.

Job Description :

We are looking for a Vice President, Human Resources who will lead the development and execution of the organization's global Human Resources strategy in alignment with the overall business plan and long-term strategic goals.

This role will focus on key areas including succession planning, talent and performance management, organizational development, change management, training and development, and Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational matters.

  • Design and implement competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
  • Drive global talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through robust performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure talent retention, engagement and development.
  • Oversee global HR operations, internal communications and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies across geographies.
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and report to leaderships.

Mandatory experience / skills :

  • Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 18+ years in HR, including 5+ years in executive roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling HR functions globally, ideally in mid to large-sized IT services / consulting firms.
  • Experience leading HR operations across multiple geographies (Preferably, US, UK, and Canada).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
