Paid Media Executive (Urgent)

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring maximum ROI on ad spends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated spends.
• Stay updated with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
