What You'll Do

• Build & manage monthly content calendars / posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, YouTube & emerging platforms.
• Ideate & execute scroll-stopping content : Reels, carousels, stories, short videos & interactive formats.
• Lead community management : respond to DMs, comments & create meaningful engagement.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations, contests & digital campaigns to amplify brand reach.
• Track & analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), turning data into insights.
• Stay ahead with trend spotting & moment marketing.
• Amplify on-ground activations & events with real-time digital storytelling.
• Support basic paid promotions & campaign execution.
