Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Platform Operations Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across all platform modules—covering onboarding, marketplace, logistics, and support. The role involves driving process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and system uptime while monitoring key metrics and implementing automation for continuous improvement. Candidates with strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills, preferably from e-commerce or agri-tech backgrounds, will be ideal for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all platform modules, including onboarding, buy / sell, market research, crop diagnosis, mandi prices, news and information, and cold storage.
- Ensure 100% uptime, seamless functionality, and user responsiveness across all platform modules (onboarding, content, customer support, logistics, payments, etc.).
- Coordinate and lead operations across different verticals, including product listings, farmer / vendor onboarding, order fulfilment, and customer service.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key workflows and continuously optimise them based on feedback and performance.
- Act as the central point for issue escalation, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the technology, content, support, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure aligned operations.
- Track and analyse operational metrics (e.g., TAT, NPS, defect rates) and generate performance reports.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks by introducing preventive checks and controls.
- Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency in recurring processes
- Manage a team of operations executives or coordinators, including performance reviews and training.
