Sales Officer - Gold Loan

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our Gold Loan division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales or customer service within the Banking or NBFC sector and a strong understanding of financial products, particularly gold loans.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate new business by promoting gold loan products to potential customers.

Manage walk-in customers effectively and ensure prompt service.

Conduct initial evaluation of gold ornaments for loan processing as per company policy.

Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during loan processing.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement.

Maintain proper records and MIS reports for daily branch activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or gold loan operations within the Banking or NBFC sector.

Good knowledge of gold loan products and market practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
