Overview :

The Finance cum Administration Executive will be responsible for managing both the financial functions and general administrative operations of the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional capable of balancing accounting responsibilities and efficient office management.​

Key Responsibilities :

1.      Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to the director as requested

2.      Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

3.      Reconciliation of Bank and cash transactions on weekly and monthly basis.

4.      Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

5.      Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements.

6.      Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

7.      Maintain all electronic and hard copy finance department files including vendor bills and deposit documentation.

8.      Prepare and maintain of adequate records for Business Contract and agreements

9.      Verify and File the Monthly and Quarterly returns for GST, ESI, PF and TDS.

10.  Respond to inquiries from directors regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests

11.  Assist in preparing year-end books for audit

12.  Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly / quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule

13.  Oversee maintenance of personnel files

14.  Need to determine the financial requirements of the company.

15.  Report to Management regarding the financial position of the business on a regular basis.

16.  Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial documents as requested.

17.   Required to look for ways to raise the company's Fund.

18.Ensure timely payments of vendors and expense claims.

19.Coordinate procurement procedures, process purchase orders, and maintain inventory records.

20.Handle general office administration, scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.

21.Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.

22.Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.

23.Support in audits and liaise with external consultants as required.

24.Maintain office archives and proper documentation.​

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in similar finance and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
