Sales Officer- Bancassurance

Job description

Leads will be generated from the assigned bank.

Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers.

Drive customer business development and manage relationships.

Role will be under the payrolls of the insurance company.

Schedule appointments, explore customers' financial needs (life-related investments & insurance needs), suggest suitable products from company's range, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.

Preference for candidates with experience in Life / Health / General Insurance .

Acquire customers through bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.

Ensure sales completion by facilitating medical reports and ensuring timely issuance of policy documents.

Identify opportunities to develop new markets / segments in line with company's sales strategy.

Support Relationship Managers and bank sales team through product knowledge sharing, coaching, client visits, and modeling selling behavior.
