Relationship Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns.
