Analyse balance sheets, cash flow, P&L, liabilities, and financial statements.
Evaluate digital business performance metrics : CAC, ROAS, ad spend efficiency, recurring revenue health, liquidity ratios, and growth projections.
Assess clients running large-scale Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns and understand how digital marketing spend impacts credit risk.
2. Credit Underwriting & Risk Management Prepare and approve credit appraisal notes within assigned limits.
Ensure credit decisions comply with Oyster HR’s risk standards and global regulatory expectations.
Monitor client utilisation, repayment patterns, operational risks, and covenant adherence.
Flag high-risk behaviours early and recommend mitigation strategies.
3. Portfolio & Performance Monitoring Maintain a high-quality credit portfolio through continuous tracking and corrective actions.
Identify trends in customer behaviour, digital revenue fluctuations, or advertising ROI that may impact risk exposure.
Provide insights to leadership for improving portfolio strength and resilience.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Relationship Managers, Financial Operations, Legal, Collections, and Account Managers.
Provide financial clarity to teams working with high-budget advertising clients.
Participate in cross-team reviews to ensure clients’ financial reality aligns with their operational activities.

Keep documentation, risk files, and financial reports up to date.
Ensure audit-readiness across all credit operations.
6. Market & Digital Ecosystem Tracking Continuously monitor industry trends, digital business cycles, advertising cost changes (CPC / CPM), and market shifts impacting client creditworthiness.
Bring insights to leadership to refine risk models for digital-first companies.
