Manufacturing Engineer

🔧 Hiring : Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace / Engineering Domain)

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in manufacturing processes and CNC programming for 3-axis & 5-axis VMC machines.

Key Responsibilities :

• CNC programming & operation on 3-axis & 5-axis VMC machines
• Hands-on with CAM software (Mastercam, UG NX, or similar)
• Knowledge of machining processes : milling, drilling, threading, sheet metal punching, laser cutting, waterjet, foam cutting
• Design and validation of tools, jigs, fixtures, and clamping systems
• Shop-floor exposure with aerospace / engineering materials & cutting tools
• Prepare & validate process documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
• Work with UG NX CAD & Teamcenter for dimensional validation
• Exposure to ERP / SAP systems and knowledge of AS9100 QMS
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings & GD&T
