- ? Understanding the manufacturing difficulties and working to closer the difficulties
- ? Ensuring BUG created for Manufacturing affecting issues
- ? Review daily issues log s, Line losses and rejection batch ID
- ? Ontime RSA for problem solving
- ? Ensuring containment action took in place to ensure Manufacturing issues
- ? Reviewing BUG for Issue log s and rejection batches
- ? Updating BUG s based on daily status
WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
? Very good knowledge in problem solving (QC tools)? Excellent leadership and man- management skills? Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making? Ability to understand drawing, Knowledge of sampling plan, inspection & Aesthetic? Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers etc.? Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate? Knowledge of CMM / FARO measurementSOME ATTRIBUTES THAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE?

WHAT SHOULD I HAVE GRADUATED IN?
? BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering? 3 to 5 Years of experience in Quality assurance at the Automobile industry? Significant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive? Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers
