Advanced Application Engineer - Manufacturing Execution System

About the Role :

We are seeking an Advanced Application Engineer MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MES implementation, integration, and customization, with the ability to work across industrial automation, system platforms, and enterprise-level solutions.

This role requires hands-on technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust MES applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions with a focus on AVEVA MES and System Platform.
• Integrate MES with plant-floor systems including PLC, SCADA, and automation equipment, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Work with SQL databases for data management, reporting, and optimization of MES applications.
• Configure and manage BI Gateway solutions to enable real-time data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, production teams, and IT specialists to analyze business requirements and translate them into MES functionalities.
• Optimize MES applications to support production scheduling, quality control, inventory tracking, and traceability.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of MES applications.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support for MES implementations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and organizational policies in MES deployments.
