About the Engagement
We are in the process of building a flagship Data Platform initiative that is a critical component of the digital transformation roadmap, requiring the rapid deployment of top-tier talent across technical, governance, and program leadership domains.
To ensure seamless execution, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Freelance / Contract) who will lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and program-level HR operations for this initiative.
Role Overview – HR Manager
As the HR Manager for this program, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from talent sourcing to onboarding – for all roles critical to the program’s success.You will work closely with founder and internal teams to ensure timely hiring of qualified professionals, in compliance with foreign labor and client-specific requirements.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in the data and cloud sector , proven ability to deliver under tight timelines, and expertise in managing contractor engagements for large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all project roles, ensuring high-quality and timely hires.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with expertise in data engineering, cloud, AI / ML, governance, and related domains .
- Manage the candidate experience from engagement through onboarding, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align on hiring requirements, approvals, and compliance processes .
- Handle contractual formalities, documentation, and freelance / contractor onboarding in line with labor practices.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and high-demand roles in the data and cloud sector.
- Support HR operations for program resources , including onboarding, orientation, compliance checks, and assignment tracking.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on recruitment status, risks, and progress to leadership.
- Act as the HR point of contact for internal program teams throughout the engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of HR management experience , with a strong track record in talent acquisition and program-level HR operations.Proven expertise in hiring for data, cloud, and digital transformation roles .Prior experience supporting local authority projects or regulated sectors in the UAE / GCC is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of contract hiring models in India and abroad labor requirements.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Immediate availability to join and manage program-critical hiring .Why Join This Program
