Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead core Human Resource functions, including Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing workforce, implementing effective HR strategies, and aligning people practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning, sourcing, and selection to onboarding.

Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and build efficient hiring pipelines.

Strengthen employer branding initiatives and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Performance Management

Design and implement performance management frameworks to ensure fairness and transparency.

Drive goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback processes.

Coach and support managers in handling performance-related discussions and employee growth.

HR Strategy & Engagement

Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.

Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive culture.

Use HR analytics to provide insights and support workforce planning.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and performance management.

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with HR technology platforms and tools is an added advantage.
