Prestige Fashions Pvt. Ltd., part of the Prestige Group, is led by Mr. Noaman Razack, whose father, Mr. Razack Sattar, founded the company in 1956 on Commercial Street. In 1982, Noaman Razack took over the business and has since driven the remarkable expansion of its flagship store—from a modest retail space to over 20,000 sq. ft., along with several branches and a growing franchise network.

Over the decades, the company has consistently focused on innovation and bringing the best to its customers. Prestige Fashions introduced United Colors of Benetton to India and successfully operated multiple outlets across premium locations in Bangalore. Prestige – The Man Store remains one of the few retailers in the country offering luxury fabrics from brands such as Scabal, Ermenegildo Zegna, and more.

Their first retail venture positioned Prestige as a pioneer in men’s fashion—a comprehensive one-stop destination offering every category of men’s clothing and accessories under one roof. Prestige – The Man Store was also the first 20,000 sq. ft. exclusive menswear retail space in India. Global brands like Tommy Hilfiger have experienced significant growth through their partnership with Prestige Fashions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Annual Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing plans focused on brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
  • Align all marketing initiatives with business goals and growth targets.

2. Campaign & Media Coordination

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners for monthly media releases, radio content, creative briefs, and advertorials.
  • Ensure all communication is consistent with brand guidelines and meets campaign objectives.
  • 3. ATL & BTL Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
  • Drive cross-promotional opportunities with in-house brands, group companies, and relevant external brands.
  • 4. Loyalty Programme Management

  • Oversee the loyalty programme, including new member acquisition, customer retention initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of member activity and points management.
  • 5. Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital platforms including display advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting, social media marketing, blogging, and brand collaborations.
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns that support brand and business goals.
  • 6. Social Media & PR Management

  • Lead social media and public relations activities, ensuring active participation in relevant trends.
  • Create engaging content and compelling call-to-actions tailored to target audiences.
  • 7. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare internal reports to track ROI and overall effectiveness.
  • Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • 8. Market Trends & Competitor Awareness

  • Stay updated on market developments, new products, emerging brands, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and brand differentiation.
