Job descriptionDisseminate monthly targets to team members and driving them to achieve the set targets. Work closely with regional teams (sales, CRM, marketing, etc) and ensure a seamless communication delivery to referral prospects. Ensure availability of all support materials and communication elements for the region. Plan a monthly calendar of customer outreach activities in existing Shriram residential communities Design timely customer engagement activities along with budget for both new and existing projects to boost referral conversions. Make sure the customer journey interventions are executed as per plan across regions (WhatsApp triggers, email marketing campaigns, quarterly newsletter, event invitations, etc). Track project wise activities and share performance reports. Regular visits to projects, observe customer interactions and suggest improvements on engagement interventions. Understand customers / referral escalations and redirect to CRM team for resolution. Coordinate with vendors for planning and executing customer engagement activities.
