Role Purpose

To strengthen business execution through structured process reviews, accurate reporting and continuous improvement across functions. The role ensures that NxtWave's core processes are efficient, scalable and consistently executed through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical and execution-driven professional to join our Business Process Excellence & Assurance team.As a Specialist, you'll work on identifying process gaps, analysing performance data, preparing detailed audit reports and driving closure on key improvement actions across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Support.

This role is ideal for someone who loves finding better ways to get work done - using data, dashboards and automation - and who is passionate about making everyday operations smarter through AI and system thinking.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare insights for leadership and contribute to building scalable systems that power NxtWave's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Process Review & Improvement

• Conduct structured reviews of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or inconsistencies.
• Map workflows and suggest process redesigns to improve execution quality and efficiency.
• Document current practices and define 'to-be' workflows with clear accountability.
