Manager – Business Process Excellence & Assurance
Role Purpose
To lead NxtWave's Business Process Excellence & Assurance function - driving operational excellence, execution discipline and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role focuses on building data-led, scalable and efficient business processes that enable consistent delivery and sustained growth.
About the Rol
eWe're looking for a strategic hands-on leade r to manage NxtWave's Business Process Excellence & Assurance team - a fast-growing group responsible for identifying process gaps, strengthening execution and driving measurable improvements across all business functions
- .This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, data, quality assurance and problem-solving . You'll lead multiple improvement projects, connect insights across functions and turn operational data into clear, actionable strategies

ntLead, coach and expand a team of Business Process Excellence & Assurance Specialists.Define quarterly project roadmaps and ensure timely completion of all assigned initiatives.Maintain high standards of analytical rigour, report quality and stakeholder communication.Process Review & Optimizati
onOversee process reviews across Sales, Product Delivery, Marketing, HR and Support teams.Identify improvement opportunities, design better workflows and ensure consistent execution across functions.Drive closure of improvement actions and ensure measurable impact post-implementation.Data Analysis & Insight Generati
onUse business data to identify performance gaps, delays or inefficiencies.Translate findings into simple, insight-driven reports for leadership.Build dashboards that track process health, performance trends and improvement metrics.Cross-Functional Collaborati
onWork closely with business heads and function leads to align priorities and track outcomes.Represent the team in leadership reviews and ensure all agreed actions are executed.Document learnings and build standard operating frameworks for repeatable success.
What We're Looking F
or : Experience & Backgro
und4+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Operations or Strategy & Performa nce roles.Minimum 2 years leading teams or cross-functional projects.Prior experience in EdTech or Service Operati ons preferred.Analytical & Technical Ski
llsStrong command of data analysis tools (Excel / Sheets; exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus).Ability to draw insights from data and link them to business decisions.Familiarity with process design and improvement frameworks.Leadership & Execution Ski
