Key deliverables :
- Manage day-to-day payment operations with internal and external stakeholders including partner banks
- Analyze transaction success rates and implement process / product improvements
- Drive business and ad hoc reporting; support reconciliations with the finance team
- Coordinate escalations, customer support, and maintain relationships with banks and networks
