Key Responsibilities :Sales & Business Development :Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the building finishing product portfolio in Delhi NCR.Identify and engage with key real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project contractors.Generate and convert high-value leads from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.Project Specification & Approvals :Ensure product specifications and approvals from consultants, architects, and PMC firms.Collaborate with the application engineering team to provide technical support during trials, mockups, and site demonstrations.Channel & Stakeholder Management :Build strong relationships with key developer accounts and influencers.Coordinate with channel partners, project applicators, and influencers to drive pull-through sales.Conduct regular reviews with distributors to ensure availability and movement of finishing products.Coordination & Reporting :Work closely with internal teams including Technical Services and central TM teams.Maintain accurate CRM entries, project funnel data, and monthly business MIS reports.Skills & Competencies :Strong understanding of construction chemicals and building finishing solutions.Experience in dealing with developers, consultants, and site teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Project sales orientation with strong execution capability.Basic understanding of site application practices and standards.Skills Required
