Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager Maintenance at Chase Up located in Hyderabad. The Department Manager Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance activities, including supervising maintenance staff, scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring the overall maintenance of the facility. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient maintenance operations, maintaining records of maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred
