Mandatory Requirement :
- 7+ years of sales experience in the IT hardware or leasing industry, with a strong track record in selling technology rental or subscription-based solutions.
- Experience working with multi-OEM enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking from brands like HPE, Dell, Cisco, etc.)

Job Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategies to grow IT rentals (servers, storage, networking gear, and leased hardware).Drive IT equipment rental and leasing growth through strategic offerings, client relationship management, and achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction targetsEducate clients on the financial and operational benefits of rentals (tax savings, reduced CAPEX, flexible tech refresh options).Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients; customize rental solutions as per client needs.Collaborate with finance and internal teams to design flexible rental agreements, payment plans, and pay-as-you-use models.Coordinate with ops / tech teams for inventory availability, timely deployment & support.Lead & mentor rental sales team (managers & executives); set goals & drive monthly / quarterly targets.Track hardware trends & refresh cycles; advise clients on upgrades via rental programs.Represent the rentals division in organisation wide initiatives, integrate rental offerings with other services.Other Details :
Second and Fourth Saturday working.
