Job description :
- We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in the CRM or banking domain, which would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for application-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality.Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.Provide user training and support as needed.Required Skills :
