Summary : As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. Your role will require you to facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development. - Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and DevOps practices. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information : - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
