Role Overview :
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving sales and business growth targets, and ensuring superior customer service. The role involves team leadership, business development, performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Manage and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Drive sales and achieve branch targets through effective business development and cross-selling.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch team to deliver high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client queries and grievances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and local partners.
- Monitor branch financials, expenses, and profitability to achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and market presence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the region.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance and key business metrics.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused work culture within the branch.
