Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from any discipline and Post graduate ( Full time ) in HR
12-15 years' experience in Human Resources, Plant HR & IR
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve handling plant HR activities and Unions, contract labour
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Candidate must have experience in AUTOMOPTIVE domain and have excellent connections with Local authorities in TALEGAON , CHAKAN, PUNE area.
