Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across different levels.Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.Identify and source candidates using multiple channels – job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with internal teams.Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
