The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude to attract, engage, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databasesScreen and shortlist applications based on job requirementsConduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further roundsCreate and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social mediaEnsure a seamless interview process and maintain a strong candidate experienceMaintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring reportsCollaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelinesPromote employer branding through campus drives, social media, and employee referralsCoordinate onboarding by ensuring documentation, IT setup, and smooth inductionTrack key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source performance, and offer-to-join ratioRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced companyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS platformsAbility to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlinesA collaborative team player with attention to detail and an ownership mindsetBasic understanding of labor laws and HR practices is a plus
