Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Executive to oversee inventory planning and replenishment, ensure high inventory accuracy, drive timely deliveries, manage backend operations, and support retail store performance. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for enhancing walk-in customer sales, tracking store metrics, and gathering valuable customer feedback to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Replenishment :

Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to plan timely replenishments.

Maintain Good Inventory Score (GIS)

Monitor and improve inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.

Implement processes to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.

Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) Delivery

Manage logistics and supply chain activities to guarantee timely and complete deliveries to stores / customers.

Track delivery performance metrics and resolve any issues causing delays or incomplete shipments.

End-to-End Backend Operations

Oversee backend workflows including order processing, stock management, and coordination with warehouses.

Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Daily Retail Store Matrix Reporting

Generate and analyze daily performance reports covering sales, inventory, customer footfall, and other key store metrics.

Share insights with relevant teams to support decision-making.

Drive Walk-In Customer Sales & Conversion

Collaborate with retail teams to create and implement strategies that boost walk-in customer engagement and sales conversions.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Collect Customer Feedback & Insights

Facilitate the collection of customer feedback through forms, surveys, or direct interactions.

Analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend actions for improving customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

Proven experience in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain roles.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on driving sales and improving experience.
