About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Inventory & Logistics Executive

to manage daily warehouse coordination, inventory records, and last-mile delivery operations to eCommerce and Q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing stock across multiple platforms and ensuring timely dispatches within the city and across India.

Key Responsibilities

Track and manage inventory across warehouses, including B2B and online order flows.

Coordinate dispatches to Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Blinkit, Amazon, and D2C orders.

Monitor stock movement, GRNs, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time, in-full performance.

Ensure inventory accuracy across internal systems and reconcile discrepancies with warehouses.

Collaborate with sales and eCom teams for stock planning and availability.

Follow up with logistics partners, handle escalations, and maintain daily logs of dispatches.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in inventory management and logistics handling for eCom / Q-comm / FMCG brands.

Must have worked with third-party logistics and warehousing partners.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or inventory systems.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setup.

Salary :

CTC : 4.8 Lakhs per annum
