Position Overview :

We are looking for a Shift Incharge

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our

cold storage warehouse

during designated shifts. This role is crucial in managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing processes to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

Supervise and guide a team of warehouse personnel during assigned shifts.

Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.

Conduct team meetings to share goals, performance updates, and key announcements.

Operational Oversight :

Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate inventory controls to prevent losses.

✅ Quality Assurance :

Ensure proper product handling and storage.

Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with QA teams on corrective actions.

⚙️ Process Optimization :

Identify and implement efficiency improvements.

Work with Operations Management to streamline workflows and adopt best practices.

Communication & Reporting :

Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and admin teams.

Provide regular shift reports on operations, challenges, and achievements.

Emergency Response :

Serve as the key point of contact during emergencies impacting warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.

Proven

leadership and interpersonal

skills.

Strong understanding of

safety and quality standards

in cold storage environments.

Experience with

inventory management systems .

Excellent

problem-solving

and

decision-making

abilities.

Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

Willingness to work

shifts, including nights and weekends .
