Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge located in Faridabad, India. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key tasks include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards and continuously seeking ways to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards in the food industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the #spices manufacturing industry is must
