We are seeking an energetic

Healthcare Recruiter – US Staffing

to join our team in Hyderabad. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying healthcare professionals for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, familiarity with US healthcare roles, and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, Allied Health staff, and other clinical / non-clinical roles) for US clients.

Use US job boards (CareerBuilder, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to identify top talent.

Screen candidates for skill sets, licensing / credential requirements, and work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Coordinate candidate interviews, negotiate pay packages, and manage the hiring process.

Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment standards, credentialing, and onboarding processes.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines in ATS.

Meet daily / weekly submission targets and monthly placement goals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in

US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing .

Familiarity with US healthcare roles, staffing processes, and compliance requirements.

Strong sourcing skills on US job portals and networking platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work

night shifts

to align with US business hours.

Target-oriented with a high sense of urgency.

Preferred

Experience working with

healthcare staffing agencies

or MSP / VMS environments.

Knowledge of licensing and credentialing requirements for US healthcare professionals.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
