Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to drive adoption of our
Healthcare SaaS platform . This is a
field + inside sales role
requiring a mix of clinic visits, outreach, and online demos. The right candidate will combine
strong sales ability, clear communication, and consultative selling skills
to win trust from doctors and clinic staff.
Core Skills (Must-Have)
Strong
sales and persuasion skills
with a track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication in
English + local language
(ability to simplify conversations for doctors).
Ability to explain
business value (ROI, efficiency)
instead of just features.
Comfortable with
clinic visits, cold calls, WhatsApp / email follow-ups .
Experience in
SaaS / Healthcare / CRM sales
is a strong plus.
Basic knowledge of
sales funnels, CRM, and automation
(training provided).
Personality & Soft Skills
High energy, confident presence, and professional grooming
(important for doctor interactions).
Resilient, self-driven, and
hungry to close deals .
Consultative mindset
– ask questions, understand problems, then pitch solutions.
Strong
target orientation
and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
Research and build lists of local clinics (dentists, dermatologists, fertility, GPs, wellness centers).
Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and field visits to pitch the platform.
Book and schedule
Zoom or in-person demos .
Sales Meetings & Demos
Conduct engaging
Zoom demos and in-person presentations .
Clearly explain packages, ROI, and patient flow benefits.
Position SaaS as a
solution to clinic challenges .
Pipeline & Closing
Follow up with doctors via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Negotiate subscription terms and
close deals .
Transition signed clients to the
Tech Specialist team
for onboarding.
Reporting & Growth
Maintain lead and pipeline updates in CRM.
Consistently hit
weekly / monthly sales targets .
Collect market feedback to refine pitch and product positioning.
