With 35+ hostels across India and aggressive expansion underway, we're building a hospitality brand that combines community, design, and technology to redefine affordable travel for the youth.

Role Summary :

We are looking for AVP - Marketing who will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy across all channels. The role focuses on building strong brand equity, driving demand generation, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting overall business growth through insight-led and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue objectives.
• Define annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs to ensure measurable impact.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations) to support business priorities and market expansion.
