Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a School Counsellor. The School Counsellor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, addressing their emotional, social, and academic needs. Day-to-day tasks include individual and group counseling sessions, career counseling, and developing strategies to support mental health. The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a supportive and nurturing environment for all students.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Counseling
• Career Counseling skills
• Knowledge and experience in Psychology and Mental Health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and provide support to students with diverse needs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Experience working with children with learning difficulties is a plus
