Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counsellor based in Indore. The Visa Counsellor will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing visa assistance, advising students on visa applications and documentation, guiding them through the visa process, and ensuring compliance with all visa regulations. Other responsibilities include coordinating with universities and consulates, maintaining accurate records, and keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in visa processing and student counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to keep up with changes in visa policies and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
