Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member at Maiz Mexican Kitchen, located in Pune. The Crew Member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting with food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient operation of the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include taking orders, handling payments, and adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Food preparation and kitchen safety knowledge
• Experience in handling payments and understanding of basic math skills
• Teamwork and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
