Position : Team member-Fixed Assets.

Division : Corp Fin TFS-RTR.

Experience : 3-5 yrs.

Job Description :

• Budgetary control : Keep track on budgetary control incl requisitions Vs actual procured.
• Continuous Monitoring : Ensure timely capitalization, tagging by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and reconciliations , Asset management ( involves accounting knowledge ).
• Asset Tracking : Reporting ,Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
• Auditing : Ensure Audit compliances, regular audits to verify the existence and condition of assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reporting : Prepare and present reports on asset status, depreciation schedules, and financial impacts.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to manage asset lifecycle processes.
• System Management : Utilize asset management software to track and report on asset data.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to asset management processes and

systems.
