Job Title - SailPoint Engineer

Location - Remote in India

Role Type - Long Term Contract through 7 / 31 / 2027

Must Have Skills :

Strong SailPoint experience, ideally with SailPoint Identity Security Engineer certification

Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors (AD, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, REST APIs) and custom connector development

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and JSON for automation, configuration, and onboarding workflows

Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills

Responsibilities and Job Details :

Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance initiatives

Configure and customize SailPoint connectors to integrate with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS / Workday, and REST APIs

Develop custom connectors and workflows to streamline identity onboarding and provisioning processes

Utilize PowerShell and JSON scripting for automation, configuration, and optimization of identity-related tasks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM policies, procedures, and standards

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint integrations, connectors, and workflows

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all IAM implementations

Provide technical expertise to both senior and mid-level team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and mentorship

Support ongoing enhancements and upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ systems

Participate in daily standups and collaborate closely with global stakeholders during EST working hours

Document system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures for reference and knowledge transfer
