Job Title : IGA Sailpoint Engineer.
Location : Bangalore.
Experience : 10+ yrs.
Job Type : Contract to hire.
Notice Period : Immediate joiners.

Mandatory Skills :

We are seeking a dynamic development engineer with expertise in SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform to join our team.

This role is integral to enhancing our current workflows and optimizing our SailPoint implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform solutions and practical experience in developing and implementing effective solutions.

The candidate will have expertise with multiple IGA platforms and can help in transformation of IGA program from one vendor solution to another.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with internal teams to develop workflows and processes related to identity management & governance.

Serve as a technical solution lead, leveraging SailPoint architectural strength to design practical, effective solutions that enhance system functionality.

Drive initiatives to increase the reliability and efficiency of SailPoint operations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

Strong development practices to develop highly resilient and performant code.

Migrate IGA platform from on-prem to SaaS version or to other vendor platforms.

Qualifications :

Strong background in identity governance and administration (IGA) processes.

Strong experience in developing custom integrations, workflows aligning with business processed on one or more IGA platforms (Sailpoint or other).

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to create optimized solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to solution development.

Hands on experience debugging platform issues related to scalability & reliability.

Preferred Skills :

Relevant certifications in SailPoint or other identity management solutions.

Track record of successful project delivery and measurable out.
