About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, tech-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) passionate about cloud, AI, and digital transformation. In this role, you’ll be the front line of our enterprise business development — engaging mid-market and enterprise clients across industries to drive conversations around cloud adoption, managed services, and AI-led transformation .
You’ll bridge lead generation with consultative prospecting, building a high-quality pipeline that fuels our enterprise sales motion. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who loves technology and thrives in fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts through emails, calls, , events, and ABM campaigns.
- Research target accounts, map stakeholders, and identify key priorities across IT, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation functions.
- Conduct strategic first-level conversations to understand pain points, transformation goals, and investment plans.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery calls, demos, or workshops with senior sales and solution teams.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers through multi-touch engagement.
- Maintain accurate tracking of all leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot).
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound interest and campaign responses into qualified opportunities.
- Share structured market feedback on emerging trends, customer challenges, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills
3 to 14 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or Business Development within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or managed services domains.Proven success in pipeline generation and exceeding targets in a B2B sales environment.Strong grasp of cloud computing, AI solutions, cybersecurity, managed services, or IT outsourcing.Confident engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.Excellent communication, consultative selling, and objection-handling abilities.Proficient with modern prospecting tools — Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, etc.A hunter mindset - persistent, curious, and driven to win complex enterprise opportunities.What’s in it for You
