Who are we looking for?
Looking for 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Technical Skills :
- 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and Excel skills;
experience with HRIS platforms in Workday
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to compensation and benefitsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentialityEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsCertification in Compensation & Benefits (e.G., CCP, GRP) is a plusKey Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the organization's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with regulationsAssist in developing and maintaining compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systemsDesign and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs that support business objectives and workforce needsOversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perksConduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packagesEnsure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefitsCollaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in pay and benefits dataSupport design and communication of total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employeesManage benefits enrollment and resolve employee queries in coordination with vendorsContribute to internal audits and reporting requirements related to C&BPrepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership on compensation trends and cost analysisManage vendor relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectivenessPartner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits processesStay updated on industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve programsQualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.What’s in for you?
