Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Location : Chennai / Pune / Mumbai

Shift - 2 to 11.30pm IST

Тhe Compensation and Benefits Operations Specialist is focused on supporting the Compensation and Benefits processes for the Atos Group as follows :

Exposure in Global Bonus and Global Salary processes.

He / she is responsible for supporting the participation of external benchmarks, pricings, budget simulations, campaign preparation in the tool

monitoring of the campaign and relevant reporting and analytics, including monthly salary increase reports based on SAP data, in coordination with the Workforce management team.

In addition, this professional manages the Bonus Score Card (BSC) process campaign per semester for respective scope and support with proper reporting.

This role with second shift as it would cover Americas regions

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Global C&B
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency : Кnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other HR software / tools.
