About the Role :
Our client is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Certified Consultant to join their HR Technology team. This remote position requires strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation modules. The consultant will collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize compensation processes and ensure compliance with U.S. compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support configuration and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation module including merit, bonus, and stock plans.
Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support for compensation processes.
Provide functional and technical expertise for annual compensation cycles, including process design and reporting.
Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and recommend enhancements.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to support compensation strategy and compliance.
Requirements
Certification : Workday Advanced Compensation Certification .
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
Strong understanding of U.S. compensation practices, policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, equity, bonus plans).
Proven experience supporting compensation cycles within Workday.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields experience is a plus.
